The Pain Will Start Soon (Or has it already?)!!
Started the training for the new year. What a year it will be. I think I am going to change up the training for the months through December, its time to gain more strength, also its back to running. I will sign up for the 1/2 Marathon in March again I missed it last year in need to hit the 1:30 mark. I never really focus on running but it is a nice break plus it builds cardio like crazy. The knee is getting better almost ready to get back on the bike. I did some squat routines and lunges, the first set is always the hardest. I was sore for 4 days, it always amazes me how out of shape I can be when I am so fit in other areas. It makes me wonder about the imbalance of the body. Ill warm back into the weights for a few more weeks then get down to business. (more on business later). I am going to give the bike a rest for another week or two. My neck has me bothered greatly, I think it is going to be a long time before it is back to normal. But the break will help, its always good to get the mind fresh again before hitting it. Ill keep you posted. Any comments are welcome. (I gave more detail about the wreck below, I had to add more to it after reading it the first time)
